One of my favorite fighters is making a comeback.
Rashad Evans was set to make his middleweight debut at UFC 205 against Tim Kennedy but was pulled due to a brain MRI issue.
A rescheduled match up was set for UFC 206 in Toronto, but Evans once again was forced out due to the same MRI issue.
Brett Okamoto of ESPN, reported:
Per sources, not official yet but UFC has targeted Rashad Evans vs. Daniel Kelly at middleweight for UFC 209 on March 4 in Las Vegas.

It has not been confirmed.
Kennedy has fought Kevin Gastelum in a match up that led him to a loss, and force him to retire.
Kelly, 39, is on a 3 fight win streak, and seems to be most suitable for the matchup against Evans.
